Selling Basics with Go Auctions – Auction
Go Auctions can assist you through the entire auction process. We Auction at your premises or onsite in our Auction Room.
Once we have determined that your property is appropriate for sale at auction, we can arrange a time for you to drop it off if it is designated as in room auction goods. Once your goods are received we put them into lots and catalogue them. We then advertise them to potential purchasers.
If you are having a clearing auction at your property we will meet with you to inspect goods and help you get organised.
10% selling fee applies.
Selling Basics at Go Auctions – Set Price
We can also set a price for your items and we advertise and take care of the sales process for you.
20% selling fee applies.
When can I expect payment?
Normally we will disburse funds within two weeks.
What happens if my lot doesn’t sell?
If bidding on your item fails to reach the reserve price (if one is set), we will not sell the piece at auction. Some consignors choose to take back their goods(s), while others decide to offer it in a later auction or through our Private Sales Department. We will contact you to discuss the best course of action.
